Commercial Reality—Expert Panel
A 30-minute session to receive feedback from experts about your business model—by invitation, no fee.

Commercial Reality—Mentored Launch
A series of six commercialization sessions and individual mentoring consultation sessions. Put the concepts into action to launch your venture—Participation in the program includes shared office space and access to business development services for the duration of enrollment. This is a 90-day program and there is a monthly fee for participation. The commercialization sessions are:
• Formation of a Company
• Protecting Your Intellectual Property
• Building Your Business Plan
• Validation: Primary and Secondary Market Research
• Building a Business Model and Go-to-Market Strategy
• Funding Your Venture

Commercial Reality—Start-up
A series of commercialization clinics and intense sessions, two to four hours each and individual mentoring consultation sessions. Implement these vital steps to start-up your company—Program participation includes shared office space and access to AzCI’s amenities for the duration of enrollment. This is a 6-month program and a fee applies for participation.

Client in residence at the Arizona Center for Innovation
Private office and full access to all of the services offered by AzCI; fee based.
Lab space is an available for an additional fee.
